Steph Kirk Environtment

A wearer of many hats, Steph manages HR, finance, administrative tasks, and grant compliance, acting as a bridge between SBDC and our host, University of New Hampshire.

 

Serving as a liaison between SBDC and UNH, Steph is the go-to person for finance, admin, and HR related questions. If anyone on either team has a question, Steph can usually provide them the answer.

Steph thrives on helping her team succeed. Supporting SBDC and its mission of providing free business advising to small businesses in NH is what keeps her excited each and every day. Steph feels like she has a home on the SBDC team.

She views her colleagues as not only her own clients, but also friends, and her goal is to provide thoughtful, accurate solutions that keep SBDC running smoothly. And, at the end of the day, with the SBDC’s mission in mind, Steph feels good knowing she contributed to something important: the continued growth and financial stability of SBDC.

Prior to working with SBDC, Steph spent time with the former Business Services Center at UNH Paul College and was a Grants & Contract Admin, all beneficial in giving her comprehensive knowledge of working within the UNH system. Previous to UNH, Steph was employed by Wentworth Douglass Hospital and Enterprise Rent A Car as an accountant.
