Victor is here to help you explore what’s possible. A former entrepreneur himself, with a self-described “colorful” background in business, Victor offers Keene and Upper Valley business owners a collaborative approach toward helping them achieve their goals.
Before joining SBDC, Victor built an impressive career, part of which included his work as a startup consultant in the European Union (EU) where he advocated and promoted startup creation in both rural and urban environments for underrepresented groups. During that time, he assisted in the creation of 71 startups.
He has also worked as a business strategist and research scientist, and in the early part of his career, he was a biotech entrepreneur who helped create technology platforms for drug discovery treatments.
Whatever the challenge, Victor applies himself creatively to solve problems. But what makes it all worth it is seeing the passion, dedication, and the sparks of success from working together with business owners to push their dreams further.
His goal for his clients? To think strategically, be excited about their journey, and be aware of the challenges and possibilities ahead.

Fun Fact
Victor is a distiller of brandy made with fruits he grows in his own orchard in Romania, his native country. He also hosts a retreat where people come in the crop season, help pick the fruit, and enjoy their stay for free.
