Having started and grown a chain of independent restaurants for 29 years, he has a personal understanding of how internal and external pressures can affect a business. That’s why he’s so passionate about working with engaged clients on NH’s seacoast who seek to understand their business better and to navigate various challenges and opportunities. Whether you’re in the startup phase of your business, succession planning, or somewhere in between, Warren has “been there - done that” and can walk you through it.

Warren has been assisting small businesses at SBDC since 2000 when he started as our Seacoast Regional Director while continuing to run his quick service restaurant chain, which he later sold in 2012. He served as Seacoast Director for 21 years before transitioning to a part-time advisor role.

He’s also been heavily involved in the UNH Peter T. Paul School of Business where he’s worked with the internship program and been an adjunct professor.

Warren believes in the tremendous impact small businesses have on their communities. Through his long-term understanding of business life cycles, Warren is there to help clients address what’s happening now and get ahead of what’s to come, ultimately providing a framework from which they can grow their knowledge base.
